先來說個結論,
點線麵的麵很彈牙,泡麵完全比不上,
直接屌打市面上所有的泡麵XD
而且不得不說點線麵真的很用心,五不同的口味都會搭配不同的麵體,很細心的在做搭配,這點超級加分!
味道比較重的辣醬麵就會搭配口感較Q的刀削麵。

❸ 將醬包直接放入沸水中隔水加熱,約2分鐘後即可關火撈起。

辣醬的香氣很足夠,不是嗆辣的那種,而是很舒服的辣味。
辣度有點高,大概小吃店中辣大辣的程度,我超級喜歡!喜歡辣醬麵的朋友可以吃的非常開心,能在宵夜時段吃到這麼熱騰騰又美味的麵真的很幸福!

點線麵的麻醬好香,而且芝麻跟醬汁的比例剛剛好,不會有芝麻太多導致拌不開的問題。
而因為麻醬濃厚的口味,需要有更加有嚼勁的麵體來搭配,所以點線麵的麻醬麵不採用一般的細麵,採用的是三角Q麵,讓扎實的口感能補足麻醬的香,非常聰明!

這次體驗的有點線麵全系列的冷凍方便麵,共五種口味非常豐富!
湯麵:味噌拉麵 / 冷麵:烏龍冷麵 / 乾拌麵:油蔥乾拌麵、麻醬麵、辣醬麵
點線麵真的很用心,五不同的口味都會搭配不同的麵體,很細心的在做搭配,這點加分!
味道比較重的辣醬麵就會搭配口感較Q的刀削麵。
豐富芝麻味道的麻醬麵則用三角Q麵讓口感提昇!
乾拌麵則是使用細麵,讓醬料能夠輕易的附著在上面。
拉麵則是採用日式的細麵,能吸付滿滿的湯汁。
冷麵使用非常Q彈的烏龍麵麵體,在冰鎮之後非常的清爽美味!
除了美味之外,全程冷凍保鮮的熟麵,不添加防腐劑讓人安心。
簡單的烹調,三分鐘就能吃到用心的美味,容易料理真的好方便,而且份量多,香氣足又好吃,安迪連真的很喜歡喔!
